ESPN is believed to be attempting to move up the premiere of ‘The Last Dance’, which is the long awaited 10-part documentary miniseries about Michael Jordan’s final season with the Chicago Bulls.
The planned premiere date was set for June 2, which would overlap with the NBA Finals.
With a dearth of sports programming over the next few weeks, if not months, airing the documentary now would give a world living largely in quarantine 10 hours of new content.
ESPN has changed its promos for the documentary from “Coming in June” to “Coming Soon”.
